Early check-in, friendly communication, lovely location. Gorgeous room, warm, with an amazing bathroom. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, best sleep ever. Service was top-notch in the pet-friendly hotel. Excellent base for weekend in Chicago❤❤

Had a really great time. The bed was super, the staff was VERY PROFESSIONAL. The room was more than absolutely perfect and included a clean bathroom. Fairly clean hotel, fantastic service.

Nice comfy base for traveling to Chicago and exploring local places. They have breakfast, it costs 24 USD per person per day.

Satisfactory location, exceptionally clean venue, amazing staff. It was well-organised and well-organised room. Lots of food at breakfast like butter and slices of fresh bread. There was a simple restaurant, the shops and supermarkets next door. Also, gold coast was max 15 minutes walk to.

Well Wi-Fi was bad, and there was uncomfortable bed in my room.

We had 4 nights in Chicago, spend our time here comfortably. In fact, the free Wi Fi was a cherry on top.

Unfortunately, the street was noisy. We had issues with air con, it was a bit noisy.

King room had all necessary amenities. This hotel charges 24 usd per person per day for breakfast. Not to mention private parking, it was nearby:)))

minutes from water tower place and other tourist sights. we loved the pool. perfect for weekend. we strongly recommend this facility to everyone.
